
Jo has been a Deputy Headteacher of a virtual school for looked after children and and an Assistant Headteacher of a lower school in Central Beds. She has over 20 years experience working in a variety of educational establishments, including teaching across year groups from reception to year 4. She holds the National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO). Jo has completed training in trauma and attachment and mental health first aid.

Laura is a qualified teacher who has been teaching Science for 14 years in Secondary Schools. At my previous school, I was also KS3 Science Coordinator for 4 years.

Jess is a maths teacher supporting students previously in an independent school. She specialises in working with students with specific learning difficulties and SEND.

Laura is an exceptionally dedicated individual. She is calm under pressure, communicates clearly and has over 17 years experience working with students with Autism & ADHD.

The UKRLP allows providers to update their information in one place and share this across agencies such as the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA), the Office for Students (OfS) and UCAS.
Providers have been verified against a recognised external source and allocated a UK Provider Reference Number (UKPRN). This is the unique identifier used to share information with the UKRLP partner agencies.

David is currently a Director of Inclusion & SEND for a large Trust in Bedfordshire. He has been a SENCO with many years’ experience, with experience in primary, secondary & special schools. He holds the National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO). David is a Specialist Assessor Award at Level 7 to support the assessing and teaching of Specific Learning Difficulties. David is also a trained SEN Expert for Bedfordshire. David is also a trainer for the Outstanding Teaching Assistant programme to support the LSA’s within the Trust and is also trained in positive handling of students. In recent years he has been a Lead trainer for the Autism Education Trust (AET) for Central Bedfordshire delivering training to education staff and parents.
Mandy is currently a SENCO of a large secondary school, with 13 years’ experience working in SEND. She has previously managed an Autistic provision in Central Bedfordshire and has worked in both Special Needs Schools and in further education supported learning colleges. She has completed Autism Awareness Training, the TEACCH autism program, APAAC training in the proficiency of access arrangement coordination and has also completed the ELKAN Speech and Language support for 11-16s course. She is also trained in the positive handling of students.

We have changed our entrance and added a new area so please come and check out our changes. Further work is planned to improve the services of TODA.
We welcome 2 new staff, Becky (Assistant Head of Centre and English/ASDAN teacher). Laura O - now full time Maths and Science Teacher.
